We start with a free call to check whether we're a fit. If we go ahead, we come out with a document ready to act on.

30 minutes. In person in the Vallès or by video call. We listen, work out whether we're a fit, and tell you honestly whether the audit makes sense in your case.

Interviews with you and the key people on your team, observation of workflows, analysis of your current software and identification of work patterns.

A study of direct competitors, sector leaders, upcoming regulation and trends that may affect your business. So you know where you stand.

Executive document

A personal presentation session of the document with you and your team. We explain the reasoning and answer questions before moving forward.

How long does it take?

It depends on the size of your business and the depth you need. For a mid-sized firm or agency, the first version of the document arrives in weeks, not months. We give you a concrete timeline in the first call.

Do I need to hire anything else afterwards?

No. The document is delivered and it's yours — you can act with your internal team, with another provider or with us. If everything fits to do it with us, the implementation proposal comes as a natural continuation, but it's not mandatory.

Does it work if I know nothing about AI?

Yes — it's designed precisely for this case. Our job is to translate the potential of AI into your operational language. We explain the what, the how and the how much in terms of your business, not in technical acronyms.

Is there a fixed price?

There is a range depending on the size of the business and the depth of the research. We explain the range in the first call and give you a closed price before starting anything. No surprises.

What happens if my business doesn't fit with Onofre?

We tell you in the first call, before charging anything. If your sector or your case is outside our focus (accounting firms, advisories and real estate agencies in Catalonia), we'll tell you honestly and, when we can, point you towards someone who can help.

Is the document confidential?

Of course. We sign confidentiality before touching anything. Your business data is not shared or used to train models, and we destroy it if you ask us to at any time.
